The selection process of candidates for Mains examinations of UPSC Civil Services will be selected eligible candidates from the Priliminary examinations only. The Mains examinations, which are scheduled to be held from 1st October, 2018, which contains Personal Interview.

UPSC Services Prelims 2018 examinations wil starts from 3rd June, 2018
UPSC Services Mains 2018 examinations wil starts from 1st October, 2018
Age Limit for UPSC Civil Services 2018: 21 to 32 years.
UPSC Priliminary Exam 2018 Outline:
The Prilims supplements in objective type exam, which includes Paper-I and Paper-II.
The Paper-I consists of Multiple Choice Questions (MCQs) on Science and Technology, History and Culture, Geography, Indian Polity, Indian Economy, Environment and Ecology and Current Affairs of National and International importance.
The Paper-II consists of questions to test the Aptitude of the candidate.
The wrong answers will effect with penalty of 1/3rd mark deduction by negative mark.
