We came to know several incidents of mobile blasts, majorly smart phones getting blasts.  Some mobile technicians opined that major reasons behind smart phone blasts are the mobile companies not following necessary quality measurements while manufacturing and another the users, who using smart phones not following safety measures to maintain properly.

Let’s see the top 5 reasons behind smart phone blasts:

1.  Usage of Charger:

Before we going to know about the reasons behind mobile blasts, we should know about the functioning of our Charger.  The mobile charger knows about how much power required for the same company phone and it converts AC power to DC power and it allows limited power to charge the mobile, which the smart phone capable (mAh) for good functioning only.

If you use another unknown company charger to your smart phone, it will result very bad and may blast any time, it may or may not be resulted as blast, it depends on quality of the phone.  Every smart phone has a battery mobile protection unit, it functions to protect the phone from over heat and over charging.  Every charger has small electronic chip, which understands the phone’s battery capacity (mAh) and allows power to charge the phone up to the limit, which the phone’s maximum capacity only.  This unit will gets failed, while using of other company chargers to the phone instead of using same company chargers to charge the phone.

So, to avoid blasting of phone, use the Charger, which comes with the phone when you purchased or use at least which supports to your phone only (same company or category (smart phone charger)).  Then your mobile will not damage or overheat.

Don’t use the smart phone and don’t do any functions like make a call, chatting, listening music, using apps, taking photos and videos or seeing videos, etc while charging your smart phone, if do the same your phone may blast.

Don’t use unauthorized chargers, multi chargers, other company’s chargers to charge your phone.  Do not charge the phone when it fell in the water, do not charge the phone completely 100% and do not use the phone when phone’s battery is low i.e. less than 15%, if you do the same, your phone may damage or may blast.

2. Unauthorized Service:

If the phone needs any repairs and replacements, services, etc, complete it with authorized service centre only.  If you approach unauthorized service centre by attracting with low price of repairs, your phone may raised new problems and it will affect due to lack of panel settings, miss fittings, circuit damage, etc, which may be caused blast the phone.

The authorized service centre can understand the problem of the smart phone, why because they usually serving only that company phones only and they can make repairs and replacements without having any problems and give complete assurance for any future remarks for the specific problem of the phone.

3.  Mishandling:

We seen some persons handling the smart phones very carelessly, fell on floors, tiles, etc accidentally for all the actions of these, the phone may be damaged internally and the sensitive parts may lose their adjustment, then the phone’s function will misbehave, will not be responded properly at some times and the forcible operations may busy with the processor, which results over heating the phone.  The over heating of smart phone may lead to blast any time.  So handle with care of your smart phone to protect from unusual damages internally.

Select a phone from reputed brand firstly for quality of body and internal parts while purchasing, which primarily cause of blasts.

Do not over charge the battery of smart phone and make it use up to below 100% only.

Do not leave your phone by putting charger at your sleeping time.

Do not make calls, chat, function with app, capture images, recording of videos, listening of music, watching videos, etc while the phone connects with charger.

Do not charge the phone immediately when the phone fell in to the water.

Do not use other company/ unauthorized charger for smart phone.
