Sex and God: Shobbaa De’s controversial comments

Author Shobha Dey, who is always lime light with her controversial comments.  She made sensational comments on Sex and God during Khushwant Singh’s Literary Festival at Kasauli on Friday, which she participated in this event. 

 

She commented that “The God and Sex both are Three Letter words, which always threatening to the people”.   She given speech on sex methods, analysis on present people opinion on sex.  She opined that, the word “Kama” is a beautiful word and the word “Kamasuthra” is not like that in her speech.  “The world thinking like, Indian people enjoying sex much more than them, but the actul thing is not like that in India and the sex is utilizing in other way in India” she added.  “Sex is also threatening like God.  “God” and “Sex” both two words are 3 lettered words.  “But, the people utilizing these two words for the aim of violence”.  She expressed sadness about “some people utilizing these two words (God and Sex) for achieving their aims”.

 

Actress Divya Dattha, who participated in this programme commented on utilizing sex in movies.  She opined that, “the heroines projected in the past as a traditional look, but now the movies projecting the women like for exposing their private parts only”.  Nowadays, the heroines themselves actively are acting sex scenes and the audience watching them without hesitation, but they feeling shy to discuss outside on the sex only.
