Viral Pic: Why the Russian tourist became Begger in India, how he helped by the Central Minister
The Russian young toured to Tamil Nadu and resort to beg money after he failed to draw his money in ATM, as his ATM Card locked. Then he decided to beg some amount for his survival and he placed to sit in front of Kumarakottam Sri Subrahmanya Swami's Temple and started begging in his cap. The devotees got shocked and trying to know about his position and why he sit here to begging, even he looks like belongs to a rich and cleared their doubts, given some money to him.
The issue got viral around social media and reached up to Central Minister of External Affairs Sushma Swaraj and She also responded on the issue immediately and decided to help him.
The External Affairs Minister Sushma Swaraj reponded on the issue through her social media Twitter account that ""Evangelin - Your country Russia is our time tested friend. My officials in Chennai will provide you all help,"
